I was creating a website.. then I tried publishing it.. it said I needed to verify to publish (phone number)..

I can't verify because my phone got stolen recently and I can't really bother buying a new one.

I was a different post on here saying that you need to make more changes and the support team will help you..

I'm just gonna say.. that was my first time (attempting to) publishing it.

Can anyone please help me?
