Domain Purchase Button Unclickable

I am trying to register and connect a domain name to my site. When the ICANN Registrant Contact window appears (for name, address, email, etc), the "Purchase" button is unclickable, even after all fields are filled in.

Is there a tech issue ATM? Have I done something wrong? Overlooked something?

Are you getting any error messages at the top of the screen? Can you try from a different browser to make sure it's not a caching issue?
