How do I access HELP from Weebly?

I've been attempting to contact Weebly Support -- both through email and chat -- for the last two days. Everytime I select the CHAT or EMAIL button, it asks me to login. So I login.... click on support ... select CHAT (or EMAIL) and it asks me to login again. Around and around I go. Any ideas??

Sorry for the trouble, @TheCounselor. We were able to replicate your login issue so our team is looking into what is causing that. In the meantime, was there a different issue or question I can help you with?
