On Weebly Designers signed up WebPro plan, but got downgraded and refunded

I have an account on both weebly and weebly designers.

I mainly use the designers site and upragded on 11/10/21 to Pro and purchased 3 domains since. I got an email saying I have been downgraded due to an overdue balance, which doesn't make sense since I just purchased it a few days ago. 

Now I see on my card that I got refunded. So now I try to upgrade my designers account to pro again, but I get an error. So I try this 5 times and now I see 5 charges on my card statement, 5 transaction history in my email and regular weebly account, but I still don't have access to weebly designers pro plan. 

Does having both a weebly and weebly designers account using the same address mess things up? Initially I only had a designers account but I was directed to weebly so signed up with the same email. 

This has been a very frustrating process.
