“There was an error resetting your password”

This issue as been solved. I can't delete this message though

Hello, for some reason I cannot access my other account [congresso_cer@outlook.pt] (it says that the password or account is incorrect even though I’m pretty sure I put the correct ones).

Regardless, whenever I try to reset the password it says “There was an error resetting your password”. Please try again.”

I've already sent an email and tried calling but I can't get any response.

What can I do?
