Transfer Plan, getting trouble with mobile site

Hi there! currently i have a bussiness plan, but in the process of mobile editing i get trouble because of the amount of content that i plug in the desktop site. and now i have a free plan, i want to transfer business plan to free plan. i will not add much content there because it will be trouble in mobile site. How do i transfer the business plan to the free one? Much appreciated. Thank you
