Are there people who I can pay to finish the Weebly website I started or build a better one fron the beginning? I live in Carmel Valley (San DIego area) California. It is taking too much time for me to build and I was not able to launch it so people can search it although I followed the directions, so I thought.

I'd appreciate any referrals as well as what you think is a reasonable price range I should pay.
