footer and favicon

Yo

what woud be the minimum plan upgrade requirement to get the ability to add a favicon AND/OR Footer that appears across all pages.    i cant find the details...

not worried about removing the POWERED BY WEEBLY   but wanna have certain things on ALL pages and not manually creating my own hodge podge

I believe any plan above Connect will allow you to edit the favicon. The Connect plan only allows you to connect your custom domain.
