Contacting Weebly when can't log into weebly

Over the last week, I have been unable to log in to Weebly yet all of my other sites were functioning properly. Trying to get a hold of Weebly without getting into Weebly.com in effect meant my website was no good at a time when I am marketing a new book adn this time of year is the prime time for it.  Is there any plan by Weebly to become more customer service friendly or it is going to continue to have such a great shortfall for customers having such problems. It was obvious that the problem was with the Weebly site not my computer. Any comments or suggestions? How am I supposed to call and get a passcode if I can't log in?

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in. It looks like there's been several logins over the past couple days. Are you still having trouble accessing the account? Can you post a screenshot of what you see from your end?

It finally came up after five days dormancy. I guess you had a connectivity problem that finally self-connected.
