How do I actually get support?

I open a support ticket today, regarding transferring to websites I've created under my account and providing the email where it needs to be transferred, and got a response telling me that register.com was down today but that is now solved  !!

I replied to that person who signed  William B, Supervisor.   

Could anyone point me in the right direction to get Weebly to either respond to my support ticket properly ?
