How do I change the pic size

Am Using Jay's Oasis theme...and on my Ipad the top of my head is cut off... any way to resize? What do I have to do to prep the photo so this doesn't happen. It's a headshot.

Thanks... but i have tried everything, including changing canvas size,, adding borders.. nothing. I love the theme but it seems pretty useless if it looks awful if my head is chopped off. it's a useless theme if you can't see it properly on an Ipad. It's fine on a cell. And I've wasted hours on a website that I can't use. Sigh.
