I can’t access my account in order to contact anyone - my website has disappeared & it won’t let me log in. Therefore I can’t contact anyone? This is very frustrating!
It looks like the account was banned because the cardholder for the service issued a chargeback. Can you contact our Customer Success team about this, @Kerryg? There might be something they can do to get you the domain at least, if not the site:
