I recently opened a weebly account and transferred my site to it.

The home page previously included a video but now even though the video appears on the weebly working site, it wont publish to my website.

Is this because i added a 'personal ' plan. Do i need a 'professional' plan in order to post videos?

If so how do i upgrade my 12 mth personal plan to professional?

Yes, you do have to be on the Professional plan in order for the videos to work. If you are in the editor, you should see an upgrade button, the remaining credit from your Personal plan will be used for the upgrade.
