After I made an other payment, my website exlibrisforsale was no more visible for the visitors. They only get a warning that the site is not secure. Please, help me to resolve the problem. Thanks in advance.

It looks like the SSL was just configuring. I see the site is secure now when I load it in my browser.

Thanks, Bernadette, for getting that sorted out so quickly.
I don't understand how the problem arose.
Is there anything I can do myself to fix or prevent that problem?

I don't believe this is something you would be able to do on your own if the SSL is stuck configuring.

One thing you can try is to disable the SSL from the Settings tab in the site editor, then re-enable the SSL. Publish the site, then visit the live site and refresh the screen a few times. You would need to contact us if the SSL does not show after performing these steps.
