Purchased items not on summary..Need Help

I receive emails like before when an item is purcahsed, but now when I am on the Sales Summary Page, I cannot see who purcahsed the item and for what. The old Online store had me accept the order. I like that it accepts it right away, but why cannot I not see it on the Sales Summary page? It almost looks like it is blocked. It keeps asking me to upgrade. Do I need to upgrade now in order to see each person who has purcahsed? These would be for reasons to cancel an order or to give a refund. Please help

Thanks for posting, @CaponiA. Where are you going where you are trying to look at orders. In your Square Online Store, go to Store > Orders and you should see a list of all the orders you've received. Click on one there and it will show you all the pertinent information you'd need for the order.
