The buttons on the RSVP Form show on the website version, but not on the mobile version.

Well, they did - but when I tried to post this the buttons had to go!

How can I get them to work on the mobile version?

Also, it would be good to make the buttons bigger to assist those with poor eyesight.

They appear bigger in the copied version here than they do on the web site!

Can some one please assist with this.
