splash header

hi, i would like to see how a splash header will look on my website,(www.mezzinophotography.com ) while i am in the editing section, if i do not like the look how do i go back to what i originally had, also if anyone does have a splash header can they post a link so that i can view it please

You could add a hidden page to your site and set the page type to Splash. That should give you an idea what it will look like without making any changes to your live site.
