I need some help in changing the font colour and size of the Category titles as they appear way too big on the mobile.

I am a novice and don't understand code etc so basic instructions would be great.  The current colour is a pale grey which is part of the theme default but I want it darker and to sit nicer in the category images I have.

Can anyone help at all?
