Email Set up Error message

I am trying to set up email for a domain hosted by weebly.  we previously had the trial set up, which expired, but now I am getting an error message when trying to set it up again.  Error: Failed creating subscription  How do I retreive the email addresses I had previously set up and get them set up again?

Sorry to hear that, @Tundra. Can you try these steps:

1. Log into your Weebly.com account.
2. Click on the Google Apps tab.
3. Click the Enable Email button.
4. On the popup window, confirm the email address(es) to renew.
5. Click the green Purchase button.
6. You should be good at this point.

If that doesn't work, let me know.

Yeah... that's what doesn't work. I get the following error message when I try to follow those steps. After clicking the Purchase button I get a pop up that says: Error: Failed creating subscription

I'm trying to activate the email trial set up with no success.  It's giving me an error message.
