Text on homepage overlaps and looks over-sized on mobile

My font and sizing looks good on the desktop but it's way bigger than the title header when I view on mobile and the words overlap eachother vertically. Any help would be appreciated. www.islandprairiefurnishings.com Thanks! Smiley Happy
