Hi,
Can I develop and maintain an ongoing mailing list in Promote, or do I have to generate is for every email?
May be a novice question (as I am one), but can't find the answer on the site.

You can most certainly maintain a mailing list in Promote! It will actually automatically add to that list through your Weebly site, by collecting submitted emails in forms.
