I cannot verify my sender profile email

Trying to verify sender profile email.  I've checked spam and inbox. I haven't received any verification email.

it's a google email account with domain name.

3 days. And I just did a "resend verification" 20 mins ago. So far, nothing in inbox, spam folder.
