Promote not working any longer

Last week I worked hard adding over 100 emails to my contact list and drafted an email which I hoped to get out before my event on Saturday. Weebly Promote seemed to be down Thursday and Friday, all day.

When I tried to get on again today, to add a few more contacts and send out my newsletter, still nothing.

Very dissappointed Smiley Sad Anyone have any idea what is going on...?

Sorry to hear this. When you say "down," what exactly do you mean? What are you seeing when you load the Promote tool?

I'd like to know how weebly handled this issue for you before I subscribe to the service. Having only online access to sites makes it difficult and costs money when no one gets back to you.

@toni_v, we have many forms of support. This Community, email ticket, Chat, and Phone Support. Every case is handled depending on its individual circumstance. What is your concern before signing up for Promote? When you say "only online access to sites," what do you mean? What other access are you looking into having?
