Upgraded but still "reached limit" on emails?

I am ready to email my latest blog but I reached my limit for the free trial. I upgraded to business and went to go send it but still get the message "limit reached". Is there a wait period from the time I upgrade to when it is activated? I would really like to get this out by Monday as it is time sensitive. Thanks in advance!

The upgrades for your site (like Business) are separate from upgrades for our email marketing, @TriHHealth. If you go to the Marketing section of your dashboard and click the upgrade link there, it should show you marketing plans instead of site upgrade plans.
