Upgraded my Promote account, now emails not sending

Hello,

I tested out Weebly Promote using the free trial, and sent out a couple of emails to my newsletter contact list over the past few weeks.  After I ran out of free emails, I upgraded my Promote account to the basic paid version.  I then attempted to send out my newsletter to my contacts list, and got a message saying that due to the number of contacts my email has been flagged until I become a verified sender.  The email has been sitting in the Promote dashboard for a few hours now with no updates, and it still has not sent.  I already sent emails to this list before, so why am I no longer a verified sender?  I don't even see a way to become verified again.  How long will it take to get this fixed so this email can be sent out? it is time sensative and ideally needs to be sent out today before the end of business day.  Please help.
