lead capture contacts

Created a popup form on my site. Tested it out by putting in my info. The contacts do not update on the insights page, it does not show a new contact in the group I created, and the lead form doesnt show me as a new contact either?

I did everything correctly. Why does it not show new contacts in any of these lists?

Syncing of contacts isn't immediate, so it can take a little while for new contacts to show up. That said, you can go to Promote > Groups > Contacts, then click on "Add Contacts" and choose to the "Sync Weebly Contacts" option.

I don't have that option in my Promote. I have the Growth Plan. I only have "Add Individual", "Copy & Paste" and "Import from a File."

Do I not get that feature with Growth or is it just not working?

It looks like the reason it isn't appearing is because the entries aren't going through on the form itself, so there's not yet any information to draw from. You may want to get in touch with live support so they can do a test entry with you and troubleshoot the issue from there.
