Solved: link 'unsubscribe to list' in email does not work

Hi,

I've created an email and did a few testmails. Everything seems to be working fine, except the link of 'unsubscribe to list' (in dutch: 'abonnement opzeggen') does not work. I don't know how to fix this. Its an automated sentence so I cannot add a link myself or change anything about it. What do I have to do to fix it?

Ok. If you haven't yet, can you contact our Customer Success team about that? They can escalate it to our engineers for investigation if it's an issue that needs their attention.

It doesn't do anything, its not clickable.

Hmm... Are you looking at your email in a separate program (like Outlook) or from a web-based interface?

I checked in Outlook and in Gmail, in both not clickable
