This reply is no help. If I could understand what Google is saying, and how to fix it......facts are that it's caused by something in Weebly affecting our sites, and we need to know how to fix it easily.

Those URLs are backend scripting and it's totally normal for them to be blocked from indexing. Google doesn't know what someone's intent is, so they pop up warnings when they are told "don't index this page". It's basically just meant to give you a heads up in case you actually wanted something indexed. I wouldn't worry about it, though, since they're able to access and index all the regular pages of your site.
