I have no knowledge of HTML whatsoever so any help would be very much appreciated.

I have this footer code on my weebly website and also a header code. My header code seems to be working perfectly fine but my footer code is appearing on the bottom of my website when it should be hidden. Is there anything I am missing here to fully close the HTML code?
