How can I remove "Buy Button" (B) from my store? I amusing paypal plugin (A) instead.

Theme > HTML/CSS Edit > commerce > product > main.tpl > Delete {{{purchase_html}}}

Think this will work. I haven't tested it so it is your own responsibility
