Prior to Christmas and talking to customer service, they mentioned I can change-up my website by adding a picture to a page for a background. his can be in color or black & white. How is this done?

The steps to choose or upload an image are nearly the same as picking a color, and we have an article in our Help Center to show you how here:

For the page if the page type supports it (such as the Splash page type), hover over the background and click on the orange "edit image" button that pops up.
