Sitemap not including file pages (pdf, images, etc...

Hi !

Is it normal that my Weebly-generated sitemap does not include the file pages of my website?

By "file pages", I mean the pages showing the files (pdf or jpg for instance) that I uploaded and that are accessed by links from the main pages of the site.

For instance, www.omanselfdrivetours.com/uploads/8/9/7/6/89762881/self-drive-tour-64-jebels-desert-and-wadis-2020-... is not in my sitemap www.omanselfdrivetours.com/sitemap.xml even if there is a link on www.omanselfdrivetours.com pointing to it.

Isn't it a problem for SEO?

Can this be changed?

I don't think there is a way to change this. I can try to see if anyone has any input on how it would affect the SEO for you.

I'm pretty sure that our site maps do not include those by design, @Paul_S, and I don't think there's a way to include them. If your files and images are linked or used on pages of your site, they should be getting indexed fine by Google and other search engines.
