How does Google see information in page which is sorted using tabs like Weebly Tabs application?

Does all of the information is indexed by Google in tabs?

I'm aware, that Google is devaluating hiden content and the page rank is much lower.

What's your experience?

Google should index all the content since it can be unhidden by clicking a link on the page. It might index it even if that wasn't the case since it can also just read the rendered HTML on the page.
