This is my third attempt to get assistance on this via the community and the phone lines aren't working, no one answers and your electronic system only goes to PPP support. I cannot access my eCommerce now that you have changed to Weebly for Educators. Can someone reset my account so I can get to my eCommerce dashboard? This is impacting my online sales.

Hi there. I updated your account yesterday, but you may not have seen my reply. How do you access the login page? Are you using a bookmark or a browser link? It sounds like you are routing to the education portal instead of the main login page.
