I'm trying to contact a person that has some items for sale that I'm interested in but I'm nit sure how to locate there page.

Have you tried contacting them to ask them what the URL of their site is? You could also try searching Google if you remember the name of the site.

He has a site but no contact method included on the site.

Hm, that's strange. Maybe he removed the info but wanted to leave his gallery up. I would try doing a search on Google like Adam suggested or even Facebook or Ebay. Maybe he has related info on another platform.
