Region Missing in Store Setup - New Zealand

*EDIT* dont worry, it appeared again. how odd!

I'm trying to extend my store with shipping to New Zealand however it is not listed in the countries from the drop down menu. 

Could this be added in ASAP please? I'm surprised it's not there yet most other countries are 😕
