Yes, though you'd need to do theme customizations in order to hide those. Are you familiar with HTML and CSS? If so you can do this by going to the Theme tab and clicking on "Edit HMTL / CSS".
Please provide your Theme's 'main.tpl' code in here which is located under the 'Products' folder category of the main 'Commerce' folder, and I may be able to help you out removing these attributes. ~Cheers~
