I want to show roof shingle options for our customers but I don't want it to show quanity options, "sold out" or Add to cart.

Maybe I should use something else and not the products? I like adding them as products because I can have multiple photos for the different colors...

It would be possible to set up something similiar using the gallery element and image element, @JackieMears. You could use Commerce features and hide those other parts via CSS code, though. Did you already make a product? If you link one here it shouldn't be too hard to give a little code to add to Settings > SEO > Header Code to hide those.
