We were unable to connect to your Canada Post account.

I have just setup a new Weebly website and I am trying to connect my eCommerce to Canada Post for shipping.  However, I get the following message:

"We were unable to connect to your Canada Post account. Double check your credentials and try again. Learn More"

I have triple-checked my credentials and I am able to log into the Canada post site with those credentials but I can't get the link from Weebly to accept those credentials.

Any suggestions - is there a bug in the system?

Hi @Steed 

You will need to create a Canada Post API username and password first in order to use your personal Canada Post account with Shippo. I included a link that will walk you through the entire process. Smiley Happy Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

I already had created a username and password.  I enter those in perfectly with no success as outlined above.
