Disabling Store - Content Deleted?

Hi, I am going to close my store for the foreseeable future since I don't have the time to dedicate to it now.

My subscription is up for renewal, and I am downgrading from the "Business" to "Pro" plan. My question is, will all this storefront content be deleted, or saved within my account if I want to reopen my store in the future?

It won't be deleted automatically, but I don't think you'll be able to publish without at least removing your products so you have less than 25. You'd also need to remove any shipping or taxes you've set up.
