Parallax background does not working

My site password is not functioning. When I switch my pages from Public to Password protected and publish, my site is still public. When I close out and reopen Weebly, all of my pages are switched back to Public. How can I make the site password functional?

Sorry for the trouble, @WAWALKER. There are a couple of possiblities that could be happening:

1. After entering a site password, double check on the Pages tab that you have pages that are protected (they have a lock icon on them).

2. Have you entered the site password into your browser to view them and not quit your browser? Once you enter the site password, you won't be prompted to enter it again until the session ends (which would be quitting your browser application). Try enabling the feature, publishing, then quitting and re-opening your browser.
