We are a small businesss called Vishem which is a project for school. We recently bought the starter domain for €7/month for a whole year, but we received a payment of €101,64 which has automatically been payed. Normally the amount should be €84,00, so we would like a refund of the remaining amount. We also received a charge of €48,40, which is about a google apps purchase that we didn't use. We would like a refund of the €48,40.
