I am new on weebly, and I just upgraded to a pro plan service.
I deleted a test site which I found out had the pro plan on it, and I then made a new which only have the free plan.
Then I wrote to weebly to ask how this issue could be solved, but I have been waiting for 17 hours now with no response.
This is making me a bit nervous after have been paying 270 usd for a product, which I can not use, and have no support on yet.
I am just curious to know how long it normally takes to get support?
I am thinking of getting my money back, if its normal to wait over 24 hours to get support on a pro plan...

I have the same issue and have been waiting for assistance for it to be resolved since 20 September. I am located in Australia and was told to phone to resolve, when I suggested this was not ideal given time difference I received radio silence. I urgently need assistance but I'm getting peanuts.

Seems like Weebly is hasnt fixed their slow response.
I have had an open request for more than 24hours on an urgent issue.
I think its time to start looking for other services.
