I'm looking to switch from Mindbody Online (MBO) to something that's not as expensive and complicated. I'm currently trying Shopify (for ecommerce) with the Paywhirl app for recurring membership dues. The problem I've come across is some of my customers pay with checks and cash. It doesn't appear that Paywhirl is set up for that. One good thing that MBO did was allow me to debit the client's account (their internal software account), so I could apply a check or cash payment as needed. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
