Does anyone know when you swipe a credit card at say an event are those individuals agreeing to your terms and policies that you have listed on your website? Or to accept your terms and policies do they need to go online and actually select that box? Thanks.

there is not a way to build that into the Square POS, you can put terms on your receipt here. https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/receipt
