Yes,  If you are both using Square it should be super easy.  Just have her export her item list and send it to you.  This will be a .csv or excel file.  Before you import it make sure you delete the Token column, and you will have to relabel some of the column headers to match your store name.   If you export your item list you will see your headers so you can copy and paste them over.  Also, make sure the tax columns are set correctly.  A little work but better than entering all of them.
