If someone is using my square account to sell at an event for my business is there a way to track the sales that are made at that event? I am participating in another event at the same time at a different venue but will be using the same account to collect payment but I want to be able to differentiate between sales made at the two events.

Also, how risky is it to give access to your square account to someone else?

Create a device code. This allows someone to log into your account with a code and not your account login information. It will also let you track sales by the device. One device at one location and the other device and another.

Along with Device code enable Guest access. This will allow them limited access without a code. Or you can turn one employee management and give them a passcode to access the device. This will also allow you to track sales by salesperson.
