This is an absolute deal breaker.  At roughly 70% paid off Capital offered me a renewal.

for what reason?

because the offer expired.

WTF? 

there was no term limit or "you need to accept by this date" in any of the literature.

My sales have increased by at least 40% in the last 3 weeks and there is no rhyme or reason for this

we were totally banking on the to help us get through our 3rd year and they yanked it out form under us
