Commercial Entity Agreement- partial payments with vacation rental
We run our business like a vacation rental where a damage deposit is due upon booking and final payment due 60 days prior to booking. I'm concerned to sign the commercial agreement because it states
1. you cannot accept partial payments or installments
2. you must provide service or product upon payment.
Does anyone have any suggestions on invoicing or how I can keep my business model and continue using Square. Maybe there is an application for special consideration, but I cannot find that form.
Thank you for any feedback.

A concern like this won't be something that we can help you with in this forum as we are just Square users also. I would recommend calling and speaking to a Square rep as your best next step. https://squareup.com/help/contact

Hi @gatheringoaks - I encourage you to review Square's Terms of Service. Here you can find:
-
Section 3 of the Payment Terms: Includes prohibited businesses
-
Section 4 of the General Terms: Restricted Use
But as @VanKalkerFarms said, calling in might be the best solution as our Supporters are quite knowledgable!
