Browser/software issue: When you have a chance run through these Dashboard troubleshooting steps on your computer, and these app troubleshooting steps on your iPad. Making sure you're using the latest version of a browser like Chrome, and that the iOS software on your iPad is up to date will also help.

Internet/wifi: Are your computer and iPad connected to the same wifi? If you don't hae a strong internet connection this could cause everything to load slowly. You could contact your internet provider to ask about connection speeds.
